We know that at the moment many of our members are simultaneously participating in Tourism Tasmania’s Off Season campaign, whilst also supporting Tasmania’s business events sector. Despite Dark Mofo and other winter festivals bringing a flurry of activity to the state, June remains the mark of the beginning of the shoulder period for our tourism industry, and this is where business events and conference activity delivers a much-needed direct economic boost to the state.
