Congratulations to all of the Tasmanian tourism operators who took home awards at the 2021 Qantas Australian Tourism Awards. Out of a total of 26 categories, Tasmanian tourism operators took home awards in 15 categories; 8 gold, 4 silver and 3 bronze. 5 Business Events Tasmania members were recognised for their achievements:

Saffire Freycinet won gold in the category “5 star Accommodation”

Pennicott Wilderness Journeys won gold in the category “Major Tour and Transport Operator”

Mures Tasmania won gold in the category “Tourism Restaurants and Catering Services”

MACq 01 Hotel won silver in the category “4-4.5 star Accommodation”

Peppers Silo Hotel won bronze in the category “Business Event Venues”
