Robert Pennicott and his team of local guides have been sharing Tasmania with visitors since 1999. The multiple award-winning Pennicott Wilderness Journeys operates five touring experiences in Southern Tasmania.
Bruny Island Cruises and Tasman Island Cruises allow travellers to experience close encounters with wildlife, and explore spectacular national park coastlines aboard custom-built yellow boats. The boats feature covered, open-air tiered seating that provides excellent all-round views and connection with the environment.
The Iron Pot Cruise is a 2.5-hour exploration of the renowned waterways that influence Hobart’s lifestyle and rich maritime past, including Australia’s oldest lighthouse, the Iron Pot Lighthouse.
Tasmanian Seafood Seduction is a full-day cruise on Tasmania’s pristine waters, gathering fresh seafood that is turned into a delicious lunch-time feast accompanied by gourmet local produce and local wines, boutique beers, ciders and juices.
Bruny Island Travellers is a land based food and sightseeing tour of Bruny Island departing from Hobart. It is a delicious day out where you meet local artisan producers tasting freshly shucked oysters, cheeses, honey, handmade fudge, local beers and wine and lunching at our beachside restaurant.
Wineglass Bay Cruises is a 4.5 hour cruise from Coles Bay showcasing the rugged beauty of the Freycinet Peninsula, including the iconic Wineglass Bay.

The multiple award-winning Pennicott Wilderness Journeys operates five standard touring experiences in Southern Tasmania, inviting travellers to experience close encounters with wildlife, and explore spectacular national park coastlines aboard custom-built yellow boats. The boats feature covered, open-air tiered seating that provides excellent all-round views and connection with the environment. Pennicott also provides a daily bus service from Hobart to Port Arthur Historic Site and return. This is an excellent transport option for the Three Capes Track, or if you would like to spend the day exploring the UNESCO World-heritage listed Port Arthur Historic Site.
