From private dinners, to large-scale cocktail events, or full day conference packages, their approach is relaxed, generous and grounded in good hospitality. They prioritise working with Tasmanian produce, creating food designed to be shared, enjoyed and remembered long after your guests leave.
Their canapé functions are ideal for networking events, conference socials, client functions and corporate celebrations where guests can connect, move freely and enjoy exceptional food in a relaxed setting. Whether you’re after a few good snacks alongside drinks or a more substantial roaming menu that keeps everyone well fed, Hamlet shape the food around the kind of event you want to host. They can host events for up to 100 guests at Hamlet or deliver a fully catered experience at your conference venue, office or chosen event space.

Hamlet Café is the heart of their training programs; it’s where the team’s hospitality skills development takes place. Using seasonal Tasmanian produce, they create delicious food and great coffee.
When you visit the cafe, you’ll have the opportunity to see the program in action and meet some of their training participants, providing a real insight into how Hamlet delivers practical, hands-on support.
