Conference
The Promenade Room at MACq 01 offers a contemporary waterfront setting for meetings, conferences and corporate events in the heart of Hobart. Overlooking timtumili minanya / the River Derwent towards kunanyi / Mount Wellington, the space combines a distinctive sense of place with the practical features needed for a seamless event.
Floor-to-ceiling views, natural light and direct access to the waterfront terrace create an open, connected setting, while flexible room configurations allow the space to adapt to different event formats. Modern audiovisual equipment, complimentary Wi-Fi and accessible facilities support presentations and meetings, with premium catering showcasing Tasmanian produce and beverages.
The Promenade Room can accommodate up to 100 guests for cocktail-style events and up to 60 guests for banquets.
