Evenfall Wines

Nestled in the tranquil heart of the Tamar Valley, Evenfall Wines provides the perfect setting to elevate any occasion. The venue features expansive lawns framed by lush grapevines, charming outdoor seating beneath weeping willows, and a boutique dining room that seamlessly blends intimacy with breathtaking panoramic views. Your guests will be captivated by the beauty and elegance of this picturesque destination.

Truffle Farm Tasmania

Just a short coach ride from Launceston, Truffle Farm Tasmania provides a unique opportunity to immerse delegates in the agricultural landscape of lutruwita/Tasmania.

Delegates will embark on a truffle hunting experience, guided by Anna and her engaging team, along with their expertly trained truffle-hunting dogs. Delegates will have the chance to unearth truffles with their own hands while exploring the trufferie, learning about the farm’s history and their innovative techniques.

Josef Chromy

Situated in a picturesque, secluded location — just 15 minutes from central Launceston — Josef Chromy Wines can accommodate up to 350 people for cocktails or 200 people seated in the restaurant. The room has floor-to-ceiling windows enabling views of the lake and vineyard. Wine tours and their famous tastings are available for delegates to enjoy, which can include an informative and leisurely stroll from cellar door to winery for a behind-the-scenes look at wine production. An introduction to fly fishing, and riding through the vines experience is also available for the more adventurous.

Peppers Silos

Bringing history alive on the banks of the Tamar River is the unique Peppers Silo Hotel, a 20-minute drive from Launceston Airport. Boasting five purpose-built indoor and outdoor conference and event spaces, a restaurant and a day spa, Peppers Silo Hotel offers stunning views, combining historic charm with cutting edge design and technology.
