Eat & Drink
Nestled at the heart of the Josef Chromy estate is an immersive dining experience at their hatted restaurant. A cornerstone of the region, it’s a must-do lunch spot for your Tamar Valley itinerary.
You’ll be greeted by their warm and welcoming team, and seated with a view of the vines. Enjoy the restaurant’s modern architecture, a striking contrast to the adjoining cellar door housed within an original 1880s homestead.
Executive Chef, Nick Raitt, leads the kitchen team in crafting every dish with heart and honesty, using only the best local produce available. From burgeoning tiny farms to artisanal producers, every plate is a testament to the rich tapestry of Northern Tasmania’s land and its people.
