Their Bistro offers an A La Carte Menu, with an emphasis on the finest Tasmanian meats, seafoods and wine. Continental or A La Carte breakfast is available along with fresh barista made coffee to be enjoyed in the bistro or out on the deck.

The walk-in wine cellar invites you to handpick a bottle to purchase from the wide range of Tasmanian, regional Australian and international wines to have with dinner or to take home as a reminder of your stay.
