Sabre Catering + Events are located in Hobart, however they travel everywhere + anywhere, catering in venues with four walls, to country barns, to bare paddocks.
They love to really ‘get to know’ every client to find out what gets them excited – everyone is so unique, and that’s what keeps it exciting and memorable for our clients. They love to get creative with their events, and provide a customised experience from corporate events, brand activations, weddings, to private dinners.
Along with a passion for all things food, Sabre have a passion for good old fashioned customer service. This comes naturally to them and know the service their clients receive from their very first point of contact, during their big day, to even after they’ve delivered their event is so important in providing the ultimate premium package and experience.
Sabre’s policy is to choose locally grown and locally supplied ingredients wherever they can.
