7K Distillery is located in Derwent Park, (just 10 minutes from the Hobart CBD). 7K Distillery opened in 2020 and houses the beautiful copper still that was created entirely by hand by owner Tyler. It was built with an ethos of environmental consciousness and waste minimisation.
7K’s spirits are craft whiskies, gins, and cocktail essentials made with the best fresh ingredients, with as many as possible sourced from farms close to the distillery. Quality, innovation, sustainability and hard work drive 7K, along with a belief that everyone – everyone – should enjoy a good drop.
Do
7K distillery offer tours at their Derwent Park location, you will get to meet the skilled people behind 7k distilleries’ innovative spirits. You’ll have the chance to walk in the production space of the distillery while enjoying a tasting and a chat with the talented staff about 7K Distillery, stories and the methods & techniques that make 7k spirits so unique. 7K distillery also offer meet the maker experiences and will come to your event, talk about there spirits and serve tastings. 7K Distillery offer the following tours.

A guided tour & tasting of all three core gins with a mixer, a 7K Single Malt Whisky, Vodka, all three liqueurs, and our Pastis. This also includes your very own 7K glass to take home
7K Saturday Special | $50 | 45-60 minutes
