Join Ina and Timo on their little piece of paradise in North West Tasmania.

Nestled in the fertile hills of north-west Tasmania, Truffledore is a boutique truffle farm offering a rich blend of indulgence, immersion, and rustic charm. Whether you’re foraging for prized black truffles, enjoying seasonal feasts beneath the oaks, or unwinding in cosy, cottage-style accommodation, Truffledore invites guests to slow down and savour a truly authentic Tasmanian experience.

Do

At Truffledore, guests are invited to enjoy a range of authentic, immersive experiences—available as small group tours or private bookings on their working farm. These offerings evolve with the seasons, reflecting the natural rhythm of their produce.

During the Australian black winter truffle season, visitors can take part in guided truffle hunts, indulge in immersive paddock-to-plate packages, and celebrate at the annual End of Season Feast under the oaks.

In the warmer months, the farm’s tasting room is open Friday to Sunday, offering truffle tastings and the opportunity to purchase from their artisanal range. Learn what makes truffle so unique, how it’s cultivated and harvested, and how to bring its rich flavour into your own kitchen.
Looking for something tailored? Bespoke, curated experiences are available for private groups!

Stay

Truffledore offer traditional Bed & Breakfast accommodation in their two self-contained cottages. Your stay includes a cooked farmhouse breakfast (try their famous truffle omelette)!

For larger groups or added space, both cottages can be booked together to create an interconnecting two-bedroom, two-bathroom retreat, comfortably accommodating up to four guests. Perfect for incentive groups or pre- and post-event touring.
