Located inside Hadley’s Orient Hotel, the Orient Bar & Restaurant invites guests to savour an exquisite collection of Tasmanian products. Famous for cocktail parties, private dining and traditional Afternoon Tea service, Hadley’s offers unique experiences for your delegates.

The Orient Bar is open daily offering a large range of Tasmanian wines, whiskies, and local ales, taking pride in presenting Tasmanian products.

Dinner is served in the Atrium Wednesday – Saturday, with a menu inspired by the Victorian era exploration of the Orient, and influenced by seasonal, local flavours of Tasmania.

From Hadley’s Signature Breakfast Buffet served daily in the Mary Hadley Room, to dinner served in the Atrium and cocktails in the Orient Bar – there is nothing quite like Hadley’s.
