Crowne Plaza opened its doors in July, Vibe Hotel Hobart followed suit in late November and Australia’s first Mövenpick hotel welcomed guests from last Friday. When The Tasman, a Marriott Luxury Collection hotel opens in October, the city’s hotel offering will have increased by 750 luxury rooms.
